Sign up for Shabbat Morning Services in Person

Starting this week, we will be using a new signup form for Shabbat Morning Services!

If you feel comfortable being in the building, wearing a mask, and observing proper distance, please sign up and join us for Shabbat Morning Services. The only way you need to participate will be with your presence and your voice!

Services begin at 9:30am every Saturday morning. The Livestream will continue to broadcast so that all of us can have access to services.

Over the past three months, we have been working diligently and with the greatest of care to bring our congregation and community back into the sanctuary on Shabbat mornings. Throughout the summer, we worked on refining safety precautions, and the High Holidays taught us how to properly and safely have (slightly) larger numbers in the building. Each week and each holiday has been a step towards what it means for Synagogue Emanu-El to be on the road to recovery from the pandemic. As we slowly and safely reopen, attending Shabbat Morning Services is truly one of the most powerful ways you can support the recovery of our community.

We are constantly monitoring the situation in the Charleston community and will always put the safety of our congregants first. This is where we are now, hopeful and moving in a way that allows us to gather and pray in limited numbers each week.

If you have any questions about our protocols, or want more information in order to be comfortable joining us in-person, please be in touch with Rabbi Ravski, Daphne, or Bob.

Looking Forward to Seeing You on Shabbat Morning
