We are excited for this year's High Holidays SEEK services, Synagogue Emanu-El's youth services and programing this year! Our SEEK program is designed to give everyone an age appropriate High Holiday experience filled with prayer, discussion, activities, and visits from the rabbi!

Reservations are not required for SEEK which will begin at 10:30am. The doors will be labeled to indicate the location to drop off your child(ren).

Please pick your children up from SEEK after the Rabbi’s sermon/Yizkor.

Jr. Congregation (K-2) and (3-5)

Teen Talk (6-8) and (9-12)

*Children may participate in the SEEK program, or they may choose to remain in the sanctuary with you - both are wonderful options. Please make sure you talk about the options with your child/children before the High Holidays so they know where they will be going. Children are not permitted to be unattended in the hallways or lobbies. They must be in SEEK or in the sanctuary with their families.

Babysitting

Babysitting will be available for children 12 months to pre-K beginning at 10am. Advanced registration is required for all children in babysitting to ensure a safe environment for all (see pg. 14) Babysitting will take place in the Rose & Ted Levin Children’s Library. Snacks will be provided. Babysitters do not change diapers; we will find you if needed. The cost is $20 per child, per day. Once you have dropped off your child/children kindly leave the babysitting room. The babysitting space is for children ages 12 months- pre-K and staff only.

*Childcare on Kol Nidre*

Babysitting will be available on Kol Nidre. Please know that during this sacred service, entrance into the sanctuary is limited, and parents should minimize leaving to check on their children.

Mother's Room Available

During all services, a separate room will be provided for nursing mothers and to allow for feeding and changing. This room does not have staff. Parents are required to remain with their children.
