Bible Studies with Michael Kogan

Dr. Michael Kogan’s Zoom course has been going since the start of the pandemic in April, 2020. The class is composed of both Christian and Jewish students. After working its way through the Prophets of Ancient Israel, the course will now begin study of The Gospel of Mark for Interfaith Learners

This course will give Jewish students a first opportunity to study Jesus’ life as described in the earliest gospel, and Christian students a chance to study the life of Jesus as a Jew in his Jewish environment. The text will be analyzed from Christian, Jewish and scholarly perspectives, with student participation encouraged.

New students are welcome.
